File Select

In the File Select page, the user should either select New Project Option for a new project or select Existing Project for an existing project.  

If the New Project Option is chosen, the program will lead the user to the project setting page.  

If the Existing Project Option is choose, the user can select a file from the file list.  If the user wants to choose other files that are not listed in the file list, the user can choose "<<Other File>> "from the list, which will allow the user to browser to other files.
