MSE LRFD

The LRFD method for MSE wall design in Visual Slope is based on AASHTO Bridge Design Specifications 2005 - 2008 Interim Revisions.  To use the Limit State or LRFD method to design an MSE Wall, Click MSE LRFD in the Limit State/LRFD menu.  The MSE LRFD dialog box will appear.  In the MSELRFD dialog box, the user can turn this feature on or off by choosing the on/off radio buttons.  The default values are listed in the dialog box for each factor.  However, the user should have full knowledge of each factor and assign a proper value for use.
